The Manoir Coteaux is an exceptionally charming property. The grounds are beautifully kept and the interior is very cozy and comfortable. The owner has a great chef that he can recommend for meals to be made at home as well as cooking classes!! We were there in mid-Oct and it was a bit cool in the house, but if you get the fireplaces going early (no later than 2pm), it is comfortable at night. There isn't a whole lot to do real close by (although the nearest town is quaint), however the village of Chinon is a very highly recommended!!!”
a week at the chateaux de la loire
it was wonderfull to have our own house in the middle of this beautiful region. the manoir was great .cozy and well equipped..the climate was a bit rainy in may, but plenty of flowers. an excellent experience.”
Great stay in late October
We had a fire every night but there was also heat. Great location!! Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Western Loire is great. Bedrooms and family room were dark. But they are going to rectify that.”
