Tenuta Diciassetteconi is a complex of trulli located between Ostuni and Martina Franca, in the heart of the splendid Valle d'Itria, and ideal to host up to 10 guests.

The restoration of the structure was carried out with the use of local materials and respecting its original character. The interior finishes and furnishings are made partly with quality materials, such as stone sinks and taps, and partly with recycled materials. Furnishings like the beds and the table located in the living room of the larger unit and the two wooden kitchens have been handcrafted by Sergio Sangalli, an interior designer from Milan and the rest of the furniture has been curated by antique dealers from Martina Franca.

The estate is surrounded by about 3 hectares of land, with a lawn adjacent to the private swimming pool and the rest of the area constituting an expanse of about 60 olive trees, Mediterranean essences, prickly pears and local shrubs. There is also a small orchard.

The property is divided into three independent structures, each with its own kitchen. Plus a fourth consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom. The property also features underfloor heating.
Overall it has 4 double beds and two single beds, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. Inside the main trullo, there is a semi-professional steel kitchen with all essential utilities to accompany a carefree stay. A service bathroom is also available in the main complex.

Groups below the age of 21 have to make a refundable damage deposit of € 2000.

The rest of the furniture was purchased by a couple of antique dealers from Martina Franca, specializing in the recovery of local furnishings and who also researched the textiles used to cover cushions and armchairs. Inside the main trullo there is a semi-professional steel kitchen from the Modena company "Steel".

The surface of the lawn adjacent to the swimming pool is 350 square meters; the remaining land is made up of an expanse of about 60 olive trees and partly used as a garden planted with Mediterranean essences, prickly pears and local shrubs. There is also a small orchard.
