The house is perched on a cliffside and is accessible by a, paved, private road. The views of�the Aegean sea are breathtaking and unobstructed. The property is situated in a sparsely�populated part of the island where the nearest visible house is around 500m away.The setting is incredibly tranquil and relaxing. The sea and crashing waves can be heard from the house and there is no light pollution at night. The orientation of the house combined with its architecture offer multiple outdoor terraces and gardens. Guests can therefore enjoy the shade at any time of day and be sheltered from the wind regardless of its direction.
It has four ensuite bedrooms (one of which is an independent guest studio with its own bathroom and kitchenette) and 4.5 bathrooms. There is also a dedicated study which can be converted into a fifth bedroom. As it stands the house can sleep nine guests (and up to 11).
Each of the bedrooms has its own independent exterior entrance and outdoors terrace space. The interior surface area of the property is around 300m 2.
