Reached by its very own private gated residence, the newly restored early 20th century villa is fully-equipped throughout with all the must-have mod cons, and offers an indulgent setting for soaking up an unforgettable holiday experience, special occasion or corporate stay.

Internally, the 4 bed villa provides stylish accommodation which comprises 350m2 (3,Ft²); making it the perfect spacious venue for hosting 5* family stays and luxury couple getaways for groups of 8. Fitted with independently controlled air-conditioning, free high speed WIFI access, flat screen television and telephones to all rooms, a year-round haven in which to relax, work and entertain can be yours.

The inviting beamed ceiling, beautiful art work and elegant home furnishings of the terracotta-hue reception provide an enchanting setting for relaxed daytime coffee chats, romantic evenings-in by the ambient open fire and classic family moments together. A SAT flat screen TV and DVD player also offer the perfect excuse to curl up to the sumptuous sofas, and enjoy a favorite movie or two.

Adjoining the spacious living room is an elegant dining area and fully-equipped separate kitchen, perfectly suited for hosting memorable dinner parties and flexible family feasts. Complementing this carefree setting is a lovely array of outdoor dining venues too; where guests or even a private chef can impress you with their culinary skills (prices are available upon request).

The villa’s sleeping accommodation is equally inviting; with 3 double King size bedrooms and one with a twin set of joinable beds to hand. Also situated within the estate grounds, there is a 2 bedroom cottage with kitchen for additional sleeping accommodation (this cottage can be rented upon request together with the villa).

The villa is also fully-equipped with private laundry and ironing facilities, and also offers a housekeeping package like a luxury boutique break; with a daily 3 hour maid service, a weekly bed linen and towel change and a mid-week towel change taking place .
