Perfect for up to 12 guests, the beautiful holiday retreat promises a stay experience like no other. The single villa is divided into two floors with three en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen on each floor. Each level has a separate terrace area with dining set up and an amazing sea view to relax and chill out with friends and family. The villa also features a sauna, a dressing room, a separate outdoor bathroom by the pool and a steam room.

Ground Floor

Living Room and kitchen- The large living room area on the ground floor offers direct access to the terrace from two sides. Furnished with top quality furniture and fittings, the room has a large plush sofa suite, a flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace, a dining area. The living room has a dedicated section for a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a range cooker, a fridge, a toaster, a cooker hob and an electric kettle.

Location

The villa is located in la Cala de Mijas Town, halfway between Marbella and Fuengirola. The coastal strip is about 12 kilometers and is well developed with touristic amenities. The house is hardly 5 minutes’ walk from the Biombo Beach. Tourists enjoy a range of sports activities on the beaches ranging from jet skis, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and more. In the town centre which is about 18 kilometers from the house, there is a very popular street market that runs every Wednesday and Saturday. The market is especially known for its local crafts, clothes, ceramics, pottery and flowers. There are plenty of restaurants in the entire region, the nearest being only 10 meters away from the house. There are also a variety of golf courses (nearest golf course is only 3 kilometers away) for avid golfers to enjoy.

Marbella and Fuengirola are major tourist hotspots nearby and cater to tourists from all over the world. The glitzy and glamourous nightlife is especially worth mentioning. The nearest airport is Málaga Aiport which is about 25 minutes from the holiday home.
