The house has three stories. The top floor features a light filled master bedroom with generous closet space and an en-suite bathroom. Views of the Mediterranean can be seen from the easterly window. Two additional spacious bedrooms with their own spacious closets share a full bathroom with double vanities. These two bedrooms also share a vast south-west facing porch with an end-to-end motorized awning, providing an ideal hideaway from the sun for a lovely breakfast outdoors.The main level ground floor features fine high-end materials and finishes, a state of the art stainless steel kitchen with full size oven, stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer in solid wood cabinetry. A dark mahogany expandable dining table sits comfortably 8 people. The sitting area faces a gas fire place and a high definition TV with DVD surround sound system. Cable gives access to over 100 channels and Wi-Fi is accessible from all indoor and outdoor areas. A guest bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the staircase. The property has a central heating system and every room is fully air conditioned with state of the art wall mounted units.
The house features a separate lower ground living space with its own kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and a fifth (small in size) bedroom that can be used as a maid's room or to accommodate an extra guest. The lower ground ���flat��� has its own private entrance and is not connected to the inside of the main house.
The lovely outdoor space features a spacious gated and fully private patio featuring an oval swimming pool with a conveniently located outdoor shower, and a covered porch with contemporary and relaxing sitting and dining areas.
Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beach is Kalamies which is a white sand beach next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.Within 2-5 minutes walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
