Swimming pool is an ideal place to relax and unwind providing the endless view of Mediterranean plants and greenery.
The Villa covers an area of 300 m², spreads over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, outdoor heated pool and is suitable accommodation for 8+4 guests.
The ground floor features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas leading out to the spacious terrace. Patio doors bring in natural light and open up the space. Living room is equipped with sofas and armchairs of Croatia’s internationally acclaimed brand Prostoria and Sat TV. Right next to the living room is space designed as a small gym. Few steps away you will find wooden dining table seating up to 12 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances and small island. On this floor there are also few supporting rooms (storage, boiler, laundry, and toilette).
A wooden staircase from lounge area takes you to the first floor where you will find 4 large bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom and a private balcony. Every room is stylishly decorated and equipped with Wi-Fi and Sat TV.
